FAMILY: Euphorbia

USES: Tropical and Desert effect. Silhouette, specimen, accent, defensive barrier or container plant. Does well in pots, containers and roof gardens.

SIZE: Grows 18 – 2.5m tall with a 1-1.2m spread. Slow growth at a rate of 7.5-15cm p/a.

LOCATION: Full sun and reflected heat to partial shade. Does well in both coastal and interior regions.

SOIL: Best in an open sandy soil with a pH 6.1 – 7.8, mildly acidic to mildly alkaline.

FERTILISER: Apply a slow release 14:14:14 NPK annually once the leaves start to appear. Do not over fertilise.

WATER: Very drought tolerant. Allow soil to dry out between water applications. Does not accept over irrigation or waterlogging.
