FAMILY: Agave
USES: Accent, border, barrier or container plant, en masse, in rock gardens and coastal shoreline areas.
SIZE: Grows 0.6 – 1.2m tall with an equal spread.
LOCATION: Full sun and reflected heat to partial shade. Does well in both coastal and interior regions.
SOIL: Best in an open sandy soil with a pH 5.6 – 7.8, acidic to mildly alkaline.
FERTILISER: Apply a slow release 14:14:14 NPK at a rate of 25gr. p/m2. Do not over fertilise.
WATER: Very drought tolerant. Allow soil to dry out between water applications. Does not accept over irrigation or waterlogging.
