USES: Native to Madagascar.Large, erect tree with an unbranched, leathery, rich green leaves. The oblong leaf-blades, 200-400cm long, are borne on thick, grooved stalks, of about the same length. Tiny, narrow white flowers. Grows well throughout the year.
