USES: Strong tropical effect. Accent, specimen, silhouette, barrier or container plant, en masse, near swimming pools, in courtyards, rock gardens and coastal shoreline areas.

SIZE: Grows 7-10m tall with a 5m spread.

LOCATION: Full sun to partial shade. Does well in the more humid coastal areas.

SOIL: Best in a free draining open sandy soil with a pH 7.6 – 7.8, mildly alkaline. Subject to Fe chlorosis if the soil is too alkaline.

FERTILISER: Apply a slow release 20:10:5 NPK with trace elements annually.

WATER: moderate to ample water required. Does not accept over irrigation or waterlogging.
